Mr Shiva Prasad Regmi has completed his graduation degree in law from Tribhuvan University, Mahendra Multiple Campus, Dang. He is practicing as an advocate since last 20 years. He is a founder member of this company and providing expert service from the date of incorporation. Drafting legal documents, defending cases before the court and tribunals and legal research are some areas of interest of Mr. Regmi.
Mr. Regmi holds license of Liquidator from Insolvency Administration Office and possesses experience of liquidator in a number of companies. He also has experience of company secretary and good command in the matters related to company. He has license of Mediator and being involved to settle number of cases through the process of mediation. Mr. Regmi is a member of Kathmandu District Court Bar Association and he has served as member of executive committee of the same Bar. He is actively participating in professional activities through this association.
