Having a post graduate degree in law from Faculty of Law, Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu Nepal Mr. Resham Raj Regmi is practicing law since last 23 years. He is providing his expert service to the company and its clients from the date of its incorporation as a founder member. Drafting different legal documents, defending cases in the court and tribunals, and legal research are some areas of interest of Mr. Regmi. He is also providing legal opinions to our clients in different issues. He is working as a resource person in banking, corporate governance and anti-money laundering related subject. Different training centre and institutions interested to hire him as an expert of banking and corporate governance.
As a member of Supreme Court Bar Association of Nepal, Mr Regmi is involved in number of professional activities conducted by SCB. As a life member of Nepal Council of Arbitration (NEPCA) he is involved in the ADR related activities as well. He possesses a good experience to represent clients in the process of arbitration.
Mr. Regmi has published two books in the area of Banking Law and Corporate Governance. Other number of articles are also published by Mr. Regmi in different journals.
